2008/09 charges  

£15 per hour per court           £3 per hour for light tokens

Charges for the use of the facilities payable at the Ilmington Village Stores (cash or cheque payable to ITMS Club) or via Richard Leadbeater (please call to arrange 01789 450521)

We ask you to

• Leave the facilities as you found them.
• Report any damage you find or cause to Derek Roberts 01789 720077. Appreciate we may ask you to pay towards the cost of the repairs of damage caused by you.
• Lock the court when you have finished.
• Do not allow access to anyone who is not a member (identifiable by a shoe tag) or has not officially booked the facilities.
• Let us know if there are occasions when you have planned not to use the facilities by calling Joan Murray-White 01608 682456
• Appreciate that there may be occasions when we need to use the facilities for club events, we will give at least one week’s notice.
